How to order

Ordering online is safe and secure and we offer free shipping to domestic customers alongside a range of other shipping options. After ordering you will receive a confirmation email with tracking code so you can track your order before delivery.

Telephone Orders

If you would like to order immediately over the phone using a major credit card (or debit card) please call customer services on 1 877 216 3240. Some people feel safer ordering via phone but ordering over our secure encrypted website payment system (via Paypoint) is much safer. No other person gets to know your card details when you order online and your card details are never stored.

Returns

If your Tenease stops working or fails in any way we will replace it immediately. More details of the returns process can be seen here
