Returning your Tenease device
Should you need to return your Tenease whilst under warranty, the process is simple.
Enter your order number below and we will generate a 'claim code' which you need to mark somewhere on the packaging. This code enables us to track your device when it gets to us.
Send the device back and when we receive it we will send you a confirmation email showing that its been received and send you a completely new Tenease as a replacement.
