Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully, and print and keep a copy of them for your reference.
Your Tenease device is a sensitive medical instrument and must be used in accordance with the described treatment pattern. Use the device for a maximum of 3 treatments a day for a period no longer than 6 weeks. If no benefit is seen after this time, stop using the device and consult your general practicioner.
If you feel unwell stop using the device immediately. If you notice any reddening of the skin, stop using the device immediately. Only apply the device to normal skin. If suffering from a skin condition or new scar tissue is present in the area of application, seek medical advice before use. Do not disassemble, repair or modify the device in any way, as this will invalidate the warranty and may lead to malfunction of the device or an injury.
Do not use the device while sleeping. Do not immerse the device in water or any other fluid. Do not throw or drop the device from a height. The unit should not be used if any physical damage is evident. Do not use any chemicals to clean any part of the unit. Only to be used by persons over the age of 16 years old.
Medical electrical equipment requires special precautions regarding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and must be installed and used according to the instructions contained in this manual. Portable or mobile radio communication equipment may affect medical electrical equipment.
Delivery and Ordering
Orders can be placed through the website by secure payment system using your credit or debit card. After filling the order form you will have a chance to review your billing and delivery details and change them if necessary. You will then be taken to our secure payment provider, Paypoint, who use the latest 128 bit secure encryption techniques to secure the transaction.
Orders are processed within one working day and dispatched by recorded delivery using Royal Mail or courier. After you have placed an order with us, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
You should receive your Tenease unit within 2 to 5 working days of ordering. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly, so that we can make a claim against the carriers. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
A signature is required for all orders that are delivered by our courier services. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm, so please send it somewhere it can be reliably signed for, such as your place of work or to a neighbours. Orders placed after 3:30pm during the week or at weekends may be despatched after two working days.
Product Warranty
Please study the documentation supplied with your device as misuse, or failure to follow any of the instructions therein, may void this warranty. This warranty is not transferable and excludes those items listed under the heading: Limitations. Your warranty will begin on the date you purchased your product. Please retain your receipt as this will be required as Proof of Purchase. Your Tenease unit is covered under manufacturers warranty for 1 year for non electrical parts. Excessive use of the device outside the normal treatment profile can result in damage to the mechanical parts and render the manufacturers warranty invalid.
LIMITATIONS:
The warranty may be void for incorrect use, misuse, or operating the device outside specifications. Please study the documentation supplied with your product.
Returns
Should your device prove faulty while under warranty please follow the instructions here to obtain a return code and then return your device for a replacement to be issued. Your device should be returned to the address below marked with your 5 digit return code generated using the website. Returns not clearly marked with a 5 digit return code will not be accepted and may be returned.

These terms were last changed on 1st May 2010. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
